Subscription and FEIN required for both QuickBooks Assisted Payroll and Intuit Payroll Services Complete Payroll. Currently supported version of QuickBooks and Internet access may be required for certain features. Rapid time entry and one-step net-to-gross calculations require at least QuickBooks 2005. State and local tax preparation and filing subject to availability. Local tax preparation is available only with Complete Payroll. Per transaction and optional service fees may apply. The Complete Payroll Standard Plan includes base payroll processing, tax services, and HR Assistant and is only available with PC Entry and WebEntry. QuickPayroll can be integrated with Quicken 98 or more recent release, or it can be used by itself. Internet access required for downloading payroll updates.
